Change in Favendo Management

Arnaud Becuwe hands over to Stefan Balduf

Stefan Balduf will take over as CEO of Favendo GmbH on April 1, 2021. The 39-year-old native of Heidelberg, who was previously Vice President Sales & Partner Management at the Bamberg-based RTLS specialist, replaces Arnaud Becuwe, who will take up his new position as Chief Sales Officer of mVise AG at the turn of the month.

In the last few years, Arnaud Becuwe has sustainably strengthened the position of Favendo GmbH on the RTLS market and has aligned the company for the future. Under his leadership, customers such as MSC Cruises, Volkswagen and DeCurtis among others could be won for Favendo.

“After almost 3 years at Favendo, it is time for me to move on to new responsibilities. Over the past few years, Favendo has been able to prove its capabilities in projects with renowned international customers and partners. The entry into Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for Indoor Location Services 2021 was the result of the outstanding work of the entire team. I am very pleased that we have found a successor in Stefan Balduf, who comes from within the company and is a familiar face for our partners and customers,” said Becuwe, who took over the reins of Favendo in the summer of 2018.

“I am very delighted about the trust placed in me and look forward to my new tasks. My goal is to build on the successful development of recent years and continue to drive Favendo’s growth course.”

“Of course I will remain with the sales team and my key accounts as a contact person, nevertheless I am looking forward to the new challenge of now working more “on” the company,” Balduf looks ahead.

Stefan Balduf holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on International Business Management, Information Systems Management as well as Japanese and looks back on more than eleven years of experience as a sales manager in international sales.
