Faster and with even greater accuracy – Favendo SDK Version 3.19.0 released Location based services specialist Favendo released an updated version for their „Commander“-SDK for iOS and Android. The program modules contain substantial improvements compared to the previous version like a faster and even more precise positioning.
The Commander-SDK features positioning, turn by turn navigation, asset tracking and notifications based on beacon and zone-proximity as well as analytics. The code can be integrated in any mobile app and is for instance in use in the DEL Hockey-Club Adler Mannheim Fan App or the Get your Audi App by Audi.
Version 3.19.0 allows easy and more variable configuration of the integral element beacon scanning. Thus, in combination with the also refined rssi filters, results in a more accurate positioning in open architecture and when changing floor levels. By this Favendo responds to the increased demands for indoor positioning in dynamic production environments and multifunctional arenas.
A complete re-work of the data loading module leads to a massive improvement of overall performance and lead to a reduction of data download time up to 50 percent.
