ZOE make some noise – MSC’s new virtual assistant is live.

Yes, MSC’s new virtual assistant Zoe is on everyone’s mind. Zoe with the nice voice and the high level of language comprehension is the newest eye-catcher in the outstanding MSC for Me program. We congratulate MSC and Kardon on this latest milestone in improving the guest-experience. Zoe really makes some noise! And we like that. Because below the noise the echo of Favendo’s technology can be heard well.

Here, for example: “These voice assistants are a new feature of MSC for Me, the company’s digital innovation program that includes the MSC for ME app, interactive wristbands that provide cabin access and wayfinding and a beacon-based system to provide geo-located suggestions.” – by phocuswire.com

or here: “This virtual concierge should be integrated into the smartphone application “MSC For Me” in 2020. In the meantime, this application offers some new features, such as an internal messaging system (free) to communicate between passengers. Another new feature: the installation of 3,500 beacons (sensors) in the liner allows you to download a map of the ship and find your way on board, just like a GPS…. And to “trace” his children, by equipping them with a bracelet!” – by tourhebdo.com

Here as well: “Zoe is an extension of MSC for Me, the company’s digital innovation platform which relies on 3,500 sensors fitted around the ship, smart TVs, touch screen signage and an app.” – by seatrade-cruise.com
